ABOUT ME

Welcome to Mystic Mojave! My name is Julianne Miller-Boyer and I will be your guide on this Magical Mystery Tour. I am a Reiki Master, EFT/Tapping practitioner and Animal Communicator among many other things. I live in the California high desert vortex of Landers, Joshua Tree's strange and scruffy cousin. I share my life with my philosopher/poet husband, dogs and donkeys. I am just your basic irreverent post-menopausal neuro-spicy goddess. If you like your woo served neat with a shot of down-to-earth humor you are in the right place. Along with Reiki and EFT/Tapping, my toolkit includes Card/Psychic reading, Land/Space clearing, herbal salves, tinctures and basic kitchen witchery. My donkey teachers Gwendolyn and Reina are available for Equine Ass-isted therapy. Yes, my eyes are really those colors. It's called heterochromia. Yes, they both work. Yes, I know that you have a cousin or a Siberian Husky or an Australian Shepherd or a pony with eyes like mine. We're magic that way.

A Bit of History:

I was a strange child who always felt more comfortable with animals than people. Being diagnosed as Autistic/Aspergers at 58 made so much finally make sense and settle into place. I know many people are uncomfortable with labels, but after having been labeled with many less correct terms over the years, I was grateful to confirm my knowing that there was nothing ever inherently wrong with me. It's just that my brain is wired differently than is typical, Hooray for neurodiversity! I first studied Animal Communication and Reiki with the amazing Sue Goodrich in Escondido CA in 1987. Her work with my animals blew my skeptical worldview into a shimmering kaleidoscope of possibilities. I have made deep studies in Hypnosis, EFT/Tapping, Plant Medicine, card and psychic reading and several types of Reiki. A few of my many certificates are shown here.

What is Reiki?

Principles of Reiki Healing:

Universal Life Force Energy: Reiki practitioners believe that there is an unseen energy force, called "reiki," that flows through all living things.
Balancing Energy: The practitioner aims to balance and restore the flow of reiki energy in the body.
Self-Healing: Reiki is believed to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities.
Available to Everyone: You can work with a Reiki practitioner, and /or learn to use Reiki for yourself and your loved ones, including animals.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the transfer of energy to promote balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Distance Reiki, also known as distant or remote Reiki, is a form of energy healing in which Reiki practitioners use intention, visualization, and energy techniques to send healing energy to individuals who are not physically present. I primarily use remote/distance Reiki and do remote readings.

In a traditional Reiki session, the practitioner uses hands-on or near-body techniques to channel healing energy to the recipient. However, in remote Reiki, the practitioner works with the understanding that energy transcends physical boundaries and practitioners use their skills to facilitate healing at a distance. Reiki practitioners are attuned to the distance healing symbol which allows them to send reiki across time and space. With the sacred mantra and symbol, Reiki practitioners can send healing to people, places, and events from the past, present and future. Although we cannot alter the past, we have the ability to shift our perspective and emotions regarding it. We can reclaim any personal power we may have lost in previous experiences. By selecting our vibration in the present, we can actively shape our future.

Understanding Your Reiki Session:

1. Intention and Connection: I will work with you to set intentions for the healing session. We then establish an energetic connection with you, often through meditation or visualization.

2. Sending Reiki Energy: I will channel Reiki energy with the intention of sending it to you, the recipient. This can involve using symbols, visualization techniques, or other methods to direct the energy across space. When using Holy Fire Reiki the Reiki energy the connection to the Universal energy is directly between you and the Universal life source.

3. Receiving Reiki Energy: You are encouraged to be in a relaxed state to receive the healing energy. This may involve engaging in meditation or simply being open to the experience. When I channel energy to you, sensations such as warmth, coolness, tingling, or profound relaxation may be experienced.

4. Following the session, feelings of refreshment, upliftment, or lightness might emerge. During the detoxification process over the next 1-2 days, fatigue may be present, necessitating additional rest and hydration. After the energetic alignment, I will provide insights from your chakras and share any intuitive messages that surfaced during the session. We will address your inquiries about your energy field and explore methods, crystals, meditations, and lifestyle adjustments, to maintain chakra balance
